Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: August 2, 2026

If you used EcoBites through Facebook, Instagram, our website, lead forms, messages, or ads, you may request deletion of personal information you submitted to EcoBites.

How to request deletion

  1. Email ecobitespr@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the name, phone number, email, Instagram/Facebook profile name, or other contact information you used with EcoBites so we can locate the record.
  3. Tell us whether you want deletion of website/CRM lead information, social/ad lead information, or all applicable EcoBites records.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify that we can reasonably identify the record, and delete or anonymize applicable personal information unless we are required to keep certain records for legitimate business, accounting, legal, security, or compliance reasons.

Timing

We aim to respond within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to identify the record.
