Job Summary – Planting Technician

Eco Bites is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with a desire to learn to join our team as a Planting Technician. This position does not require prior experience: we offer comprehensive training in microgreens cultivation and other tasks related to agricultural production.

The Planting Technician will be responsible for preparing substrates, planting trays, assisting in crop maintenance, and supporting other agricultural tasks as needed in the area. This role is ideal for individuals interested in agriculture, manual work, and growth within an expanding company.

Compensation is based on production, which means that the more you learn and produce, the more you can earn.
